UPDATE 3: Customer Support has fully solved my issue. And the funniest thing is that my phone actually fixed its boot problem without this software. (Minor update, my bank has now told me that the extra charge was a foreign transaction fee, which they made NO mention of there possibly being when I purchased the product.) The best part? Their product didn't even work with my phone. Okay, so that's just sales tax? Well, guess what? I checked my card and it turns out that $77.14 was the ACTUAL pending charge, a price that I did not agree upon when their PayPal statement, with a note written BY THEM, had explicitly told me that it was just $74.89.

Believing it would be a good product to use in a dire emergency, I bought it on sale for $69.99 (per year, apparently!) excluding sales tax - PayPal showed the full charge as $74.89 per year instead. I had purchased their product called "DroidKit" in hopes that it would help recover data from my phone that was stuck in an endless boot.
